Inspection Add-ons

We offer the following tests at the time of home inspection.

2 ADD-ON INSPECTION OFFER $50.00 Discount for two add-on inspections(*) with basic inspection.

All listed prices are in addition to the base home inspection rate.

  • Radon: $200 (with home inspection)

  • Wood destroying insects: $150 (With home inspection)

  • Water portability: $125

    • $35 surcharge Thursday - Sunday

    • $35 for each additional test

  • Water flow: $125

  • Mold testing: $175 (first sample) (Air, Swab, Tape)

    • $75 for each additional test

  • Gas line testing: $100

  • Infrared imaging: $250

  • crawl space entry $150 (for inspection or WDI)

  • Out buildings: Call for quote.
